Papaya and Yogurt Scrub

An exfoliator to gently remove dead skin cells and reduce the appearance of dark spots.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of ripe papaya, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the papaya puree, yogurt, honey, and ground oats (if using) to form a smooth paste.
  2. Apply the scrub to your face, massaging in circular motions for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Leave the scrub on for 5 more minutes.
  4. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  5. Follow with a moisturizer.
  6. Use this scrub once a week to exfoliate your skin and fade dark spots over time.

Note:   If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test before applying the scrub to your face.
