
Papaya and Yogurt Scrub
An exfoliator to gently remove dead skin cells and reduce the appearance of dark spots.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of ripe papaya, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the papaya puree, yogurt, honey, and ground oats (if using) to form a smooth paste.
- Apply the scrub to your face, massaging in circular motions for 2-3 minutes.
- Leave the scrub on for 5 more minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
- Follow with a moisturizer.
- Use this scrub once a week to exfoliate your skin and fade dark spots over time.
Note: If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test before applying the scrub to your face.
