Turmeric and honey mask to reduce dark spots

A brightening face mask that combines turmeric and honey to reduce dark spots and promote a healthy glow.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons of raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the turmeric powder and honey until well combined.
  2. Add lemon juice (if using) and mix again.
  3. Apply the mixture to your face, avoiding the eye area.
  4. Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  6. Use this mask 2-3 times a week to brighten your skin and fade dark spots.

Note:   Turmeric can temporarily stain the skin, so it’s best to apply this mask at night and rinse well.
