lemon detox drink

Lemons are rich in vitamin C, which improves metabolism and can aid in detoxification. This nutrient is also a natural antioxidant that protects the body from damage caused by free radicals. According to one study, a lemon-based detox diet (predominantly lemon juice) could also reduce body fat.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 glass of warm water

Method :

  1. Squeeze half a lemon and add the juice to a glass of warm water.
  2. Add the salt and honey and mix well.
  3. Consume this lemon detox drink.

Drink this every morning on an empty stomach.
