lemon detox drink

Lemons are rich in vitamin C, which improves metabolism and can aid in detoxification. This nutrient is also a natural antioxidant that protects the body from damage caused by free radicals. According to one study, a lemon-based detox diet (predominantly lemon juice) could also reduce body fat.
Ingredients :
- 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 teaspoons of honey
- a pinch of salt
- 1 glass of warm water
Method :
- Squeeze half a lemon and add the juice to a glass of warm water.
- Add the salt and honey and mix well.
- Consume this lemon detox drink.
Drink this every morning on an empty stomach.
Note: Since lemon is acidic, rinse your mouth with plain water after consuming it to prevent erosion of tooth enamel.
