Natural juice to lose weight

Ingredients :
- 1 cup kale
- 2 chard leaves
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 small beet
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 2 medium green apples
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 1/2 medium lemon, peeled
Preparation :
- Combine all ingredients in a juicer.
- You can also combine them in a blender and add water to make a blender juice.
