Spicy juice to burn belly fat

This easy juice recipe to burn belly fat has a cucumber/celery juice flavor with a nice twist. 

Ingredients :

  • 3 Cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 chili
  • 1 large knuckle of ginger

If you want something more precise

  • (6 cups chopped) Cucumbers = 25 ounces of juice
  • (8 cups chopped) Celery = 24 ounces of juice
  • (1/4 cup chopped) Hot pepper = less than one ounce of juice
  • (1/3 cup minced) Fresh ginger = 1 ounce of juice
  • Makes about 50 to 51 ounces of juice.

Mix all the ingredients in the blender
