Fruit roaches can be an annoying problem, but this homemade trap can help get rid of them without resorting to toxic chemicals.
Ingredients:
- small glass jar
- Apple cider vinegar
- plastic wrap
- Toothpick
Instructions:
- Pour apple cider vinegar into the jar, filling it about 1/3 full.
- Cover the jar with plastic wrap and secure it with a rubber band.
- Poke several small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick.
- Place the jar in an area where there are fruit flies.
- Fruit flies will be attracted to the vinegar and become trapped in the jar.
Note: Be sure to empty the jar and refill it with fresh apple cider vinegar when needed.
