Ingredients : 

  • Lemon 
  • Sesame oil.

Method :

Cut one or two lemons into quarters.

Put the pieces on a cotton cloth and dip them in hot sesame oil (til).

Put the cloth on the sore knee for 5 to 10 minutes.

Do it twice a day until the knee pain is gone.
