Ingredients :

  • 1 liter of water.
  • Two lemons.
  • A teaspoon of honey (optional).

Method :

  1. The first thing you should do is squeeze the two lemons and peel them to chop the peel into medium pieces. 
  2. Next, pour the water into a pot along with the shells and let it boil for 10 minutes. 
  3. After the time, remove the water from the heat and add the previously squeezed lemon juice. 
  4. Add the honey if you want to sweeten it, although it is optional.

You can drink two cups a day (preferably the first one on an empty stomach).
