Recipe to strengthen nails

Ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional addition)

Instructions :

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Soak your nails in the mixture for about 10 minutes. 
  2. Garlic contains selenium, which promotes the growth and strength of nails, as well as vitamin E. 
  3. Repeat the operation two or three times a week.
