Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of xylitol
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Instructions:
- Mix the cinnamon powder, xylitol, and coconut oil in a container.
- Knead the mixture well until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
- Form small balls with the pasta and let them cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Chew on cinnamon gum after meals to refresh your breath.
