Refreshing Mint and Ginger Infusion to Combat Bad Breath

Find out how to prepare a mint and ginger infusion that refreshes your breath and helps eliminate bad oral odor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 mint tea bag
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey ( optional )

Instructions:

  1. Place the mint tea bag and gingerbread slice in a cup.
  2. Pour hot water over the tea and ginger, and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. If you want to sweeten the infusion, add a teaspoon of honey and stir well.
  4. Remove the tea bag and gingerbread slice.
  5. Drink the infusion slowly after meals to refresh your breath and fight bad breath.

Note: If you don’t have mint tea bags, you can use fresh mint leaves and strain the infusion before drinking it.
