Relaxing Herbal Tea Recipe
Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
- 1 teaspoon dried valerian
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender
- 1 cup of hot water
- Honey or natural sweetener (optional)
Instructions :
- Heat a cup of water until it is almost boiling.
- In a mug or infuser, add the chamomile, valerian, and dried lavender.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Then, strain the infusion to remove the herbs and obtain a clean liquid.
- If you want to sweeten the infusion, add honey or a natural sweetener to taste.
- Stir well so that it dissolves completely.
- Drink this infusion approximately 30 minutes before going to bed.
- Enjoy its aroma and smooth flavor while you relax.
