 Relaxing Herbal Tea Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
  • 1 teaspoon dried valerian
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Honey or natural sweetener (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Heat a cup of water until it is almost boiling.
  2. In a mug or infuser, add the chamomile, valerian, and dried lavender.
  3. Pour the hot water over the herbs and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Then, strain the infusion to remove the herbs and obtain a clean liquid.
  5. If you want to sweeten the infusion, add honey or a natural sweetener to taste.
  6. Stir well so that it dissolves completely.
  7. Drink this infusion approximately 30 minutes before going to bed.
  8. Enjoy its aroma and smooth flavor while you relax.
