Not Getting Up Tired and Fatigued, Infusion of Lavender and Chamomile
Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions :
- Boil a cup of water in a small pot.
- Add the lavender and chamomile flowers to the hot water.
- Let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to allow the soothing properties to release into the water.
- Remove the pot from the heat and strain the infusion to remove the flowers.
- If you want to sweeten the infusion, add a teaspoon of honey and mix well.
- Let the infusion cool down a bit before drinking it.
- Consume this infusion approximately 30 minutes before going to bed.
- Get ready to enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep.
