Discover a natural remedy to improve your sleep quality with this infusion of valerian and honey.
Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon dried valerian root
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions :
- Boil a cup of water in a small pot.
- Add the dried valerian root to the hot water.
- Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to allow the valerian compounds to be released into the water.
- Remove the pot from the heat and strain the infusion to remove the valerian pieces.
- Add a teaspoon of honey and stir well to sweeten the infusion.
- Let the infusion cool down a bit before drinking it.
- Take a tablespoon of the infusion approximately 30 minutes before going to bed.
- If you want, you can drink a glass of water afterwards to help hydrate yourself.
