Nutritious hair mask for stronger and healthier hair

Learn how to prepare a homemade hair mask with natural ingredients to nourish and strengthen your hair.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, crush the ripe banana until you get a soft paste.
  2. Add honey and natural yogurt, and mix all ingredients well.
  3. Apply the mask to wet hair, from the roots to the tips.
  4. Let the mask work for 30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. 

Note: Use this mask once a week for optimal results.
