Hot and cold compresses

Ingredients :

  • Cold water
  • Cloth or towel
  • Hot water

Instructions :

  1. Apply cold compresses to the heel for 15 minutes to reduce inflammation.
  2. Then apply warm compresses to the heel for 10 minutes to relax the muscles.
  3. Alternate between hot and cold packs several times a day to relieve pain.

Note : Avoid applying hot or cold compresses directly to the skin, use a cloth or towel to protect it.
