
Hot and cold compresses
Ingredients :
- Cold water
- Cloth or towel
- Hot water
Instructions :
- Apply cold compresses to the heel for 15 minutes to reduce inflammation.
- Then apply warm compresses to the heel for 10 minutes to relax the muscles.
- Alternate between hot and cold packs several times a day to relieve pain.
Note : Avoid applying hot or cold compresses directly to the skin, use a cloth or towel to protect it.
