Epsom Salt Foot Bath
Ingredients :
- Warm water
- 1/2 cup of Epsom salts
- Lavender essential oil (optional)
Instructions :
- Fill a bathtub or container with warm water, making sure it completely covers your feet.
- Add the Epsom salt to the water and gently swirl it around to dissolve it.
- If desired, add a few drops of lavender essential oil to increase the relaxing effect.
- Submerge your feet in the water and relax for 15-20 minutes.
- If the water gets cold, you can add a little more warm water.
- After the recommended time, remove your feet from the water and gently pat them dry with a towel.
- Apply a moisturizer to your feet to keep them soft and hydrated.
Note : Epsom salt helps reduce inflammation and ease muscle tension, while lavender essential oil provides a relaxing and calming effect.
