Epsom Salt Foot Bath

Ingredients :

  • Warm water
  • 1/2 cup of Epsom salts
  • Lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Fill a bathtub or container with warm water, making sure it completely covers your feet.
  2. Add the Epsom salt to the water and gently swirl it around to dissolve it.
  3. If desired, add a few drops of lavender essential oil to increase the relaxing effect.
  4. Submerge your feet in the water and relax for 15-20 minutes.
  5. If the water gets cold, you can add a little more warm water.
  6. After the recommended time, remove your feet from the water and gently pat them dry with a towel.
  7. Apply a moisturizer to your feet to keep them soft and hydrated.

Note : Epsom salt helps reduce inflammation and ease muscle tension, while lavender essential oil provides a relaxing and calming effect.
