Effective Ways to Remove Scratches from Eyeglasses and Lenses

Get rid of stains and scratches from glasses

Ingredients:

  • White vinegar
  • microfiber clothing
  • Bicarbonate
  • Agua
  • isopropyl alcohol

Instructions: 

  1. Mix equal parts of white vinegar and water in a bowl. 
  2. Dip a microfiber cloth into the mixture and wring out the excess liquid. 
  3. Use the cloth to gently clean the surface of your glasses.
  4. Rinse your glasses with lukewarm water and dry them with a clean, dry cloth. 
  5. For scratches, mix equal parts baking soda and water to form a paste. 
  6. Apply the paste to the scratch and buff with a microfiber cloth.
  7. For stubborn stains, dip a cotton ball in rubbing alcohol and gently rub the affected area until the stain is removed.

Note:   Avoid using abrasive materials such as paper towels, which can scratch your glasses.
