Homemade colon cleanse with juices
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup of 100 percent pure and organic apple juice
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon ginger juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup of warm purified water
Method :
- Start with a tall glass and a spoon.
- Place 3.5 ounces of purified water in a saucepan. It’s a good idea to heat water, not boil it, so you can drink it at a safe temperature.
- When hot, pour it into the glass. Then add the sea salt and stir.
- Add the apple juice, ginger juice and fresh lemon juice. Stir.
- Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then take this mixture again just before a light meal, and again in the mid-afternoon.
GRADES :
A one-day cleanse is usually enough to cleanse the colon.
