grape fruit with cucumber

Ingredients :
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 medium sized grapefruit
- 1 cup/250ml water
Preparation :
- Cut all the ingredients.
- Add them to a blender, along with the water.
- Blend everything until smooth.
