Simple ways to cover gray hair naturally at home

Ingredients : 

  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 cup chopped ribbed squash
  • Time of preparation
  • 45 minutes

Method :

  1. Sun dry the chopped ribbed squash until completely dehydrated.
  2. Soak the pieces in a cup of coconut oil for three days.
  3. At the end of the third day, boil the pieces in the oil for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Let the mixture cool down. Strain and collect the oil in a jar.
  5. Take about 2 tablespoons of oil (depending on the length of your hair) and start massaging your scalp. Apply to hair until it is covered from root to tip.
  6. Let the oil sit for 45 minutes, then wash it off with a mild sulfate-free shampoo.

 2 to 3 times a week.
