Apple cider vinegar and baking soda for gray hair
Another way to use baking soda for gray hair is to combine it with apple cider vinegar, as it also helps balance the pH of your hair.
Ingredients :
- Two tablespoons of vinegar
- Two teaspoons of baking soda
- Keep in mind that the quantities are approximate, since depending on the length and volume of the hair, it will be one or the other.
How to apply :
- Mix the vinegar and baking soda in a bowl, so that there is a homogeneous and slightly dense paste.
- Apply the mixture to the hair, making sure that all the hair is well covered.
- Let the solution act for five to ten minutes.
- Remove with plenty of warm water to remove all traces.
- You can do this treatment once or twice a week to avoid hair irritation and discomfort.
