Ingredients :

  • 4 stalks of celery
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • ½ green apple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch of ginger

Method :

  1. Add all the ingredients to the vegetable juicer.
  2. Gently stir the juice and consume immediately.
