Anti-inflammatory juice recipe

Ingredients :
- 4 stalks of celery
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup of pineapple
- ½ green apple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of ginger
Method :
- Add all the ingredients to the vegetable juicer.
- Gently stir the juice and consume immediately.
