Natural anti-inflammatory recipes for joint pain

This spice, originally from Asia and which provides an attractive color to our meals, is fabulous for treating joint pain.  

Ingredients :

  • A tablespoon of turmeric (20 grams).
  • 3 cups of water (750 ml).
  • 3 tablespoons of honey (60 grams).

Method :

  1. We will start by heating the water. When you see that it has started to boil, add the tablespoon of turmeric. 
  2. You will see that, immediately, the water acquires a very attractive yellowish color. 
  3. Let it keep boiling for 10 minutes and then let it rest.

The next step?  Strain the content and add the three tablespoons of honey. We can drink regularly throughout the day to treat inflammation and joint pain. Very easy!
