Method :

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of castor oil and transfer it to a clean container. 
  2. Take a portion in the palms of your hands and rub it on both knees in gentle circular motions for 2 minutes each, applying light pressure. 
  3. This castor oil massage greatly improves blood circulation in the knees and generates heat, which helps to increase the range of motion of the joints and decrease knee pain.
