3 different ways to clean silver at home

Method 1: Baking Soda and Hot Water

Ingredients :

  • Sodium bicarbonate
  • Hot water
  • soft cloth

Instructions :

  1. Make a paste by mixing baking soda with enough hot water to form a thick paste.
  2. Apply the paste to the silver and rub it gently with a soft cloth.
  3. Rinse the silver in lukewarm water and dry with a clean, soft cloth until shiny.

Method 2: White Vinegar and Baking Soda

Ingredients :

  • White vinegar
  • Sodium bicarbonate
  • Hot water
  • soft cloth

Instructions :

  1. Place the silver in a heatproof container and sprinkle baking soda over it.
  2. Pour enough white vinegar over the silver to completely cover it.
  3. Add hot water to the container and allow the solution to bubble for a few minutes.
  4. Remove the silver, rinse it under lukewarm water, and dry it with a soft cloth.
