Nutritious hair mask for stronger and healthier hair
Learn how to prepare a homemade hair mask with natural ingredients to nourish and strengthen your hair.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, crush the ripe banana until you get a soft paste.
- Add honey and natural yogurt, and mix all ingredients well.
- Apply the mask to wet hair, from the roots to the tips.
