A Recipe to Help you Sleep Through the Night and not Wake up tired

Not Getting Up Tired and Fatigued, Infusion of Lavender and Chamomile

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions :

  1. Boil a cup of water in a small pot.
  2. Add the lavender and chamomile flowers to the hot water.
  3. Let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes to allow the soothing properties to release into the water.
  4. Remove the pot from the heat and strain the infusion to remove the flowers.
  5. If you want to sweeten the infusion, add a teaspoon of honey and mix well.
  6. Let the infusion cool down a bit before drinking it.
  7. Consume this infusion approximately 30 minutes before going to bed.
  8. Get ready to enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep.
