A Recipe to Help you Sleep Through the Night and not Wake up tired

Remedy to sleep better, you only have to take 1 tablespoon!

Discover a natural remedy to improve your sleep quality with this infusion of valerian and honey.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tablespoon dried valerian root
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions :

  1. Boil a cup of water in a small pot.
  2. Add the dried valerian root to the hot water.
  3. Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to allow the valerian compounds to be released into the water.
  4. Remove the pot from the heat and strain the infusion to remove the valerian pieces.
  5. Add a teaspoon of honey and stir well to sweeten the infusion.
  6. Let the infusion cool down a bit before drinking it.
  7. Take a tablespoon of the infusion approximately 30 minutes before going to bed.
  8. If you want, you can drink a glass of water afterwards to help hydrate yourself.
