Refreshing Mint and Ginger Infusion to Combat Bad Breath
Find out how to prepare a mint and ginger infusion that refreshes your breath and helps eliminate bad oral odor.
Ingredients:
- 1 mint tea bag
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of honey ( optional )
Instructions:
- Place the mint tea bag and gingerbread slice in a cup.
- Pour hot water over the tea and ginger, and let stand for 5 minutes.
- If you want to sweeten the infusion, add a teaspoon of honey and stir well.
- Remove the tea bag and gingerbread slice.
- Drink the infusion slowly after meals to refresh your breath and fight bad breath.
Note: If you don’t have mint tea bags, you can use fresh mint leaves and strain the infusion before drinking it.
