Peppermint tea for a Fresh Breath
Find out how to make delicious peppermint tea that helps eliminate bad breath.
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of fresh peppermint leaves
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of honey ( optional )
Instructions:
- Place the peppermint leaves in a cup.
- Pour hot water on the leaves and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- If you want to sweeten the tea, add a teaspoon of honey and stir well.
- Strain the peppermint leaves and drink the tea slowly.
